GK-K built the Meownymous app (hereinafter referred to as the "App" or "Service") as a commercial/freemium app. This page informs users regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information and our strict compliance with Child Safety Standards.
Meownymous strictly prohibits any form of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSAE).
We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy against any content, communication, or behavior that harms, exploits, endangers, or targets children. Specifically, the following activities are strictly forbidden:
Enforcement & Immediate Action: Any user attempting to engage in CSAE/CSAM activity will face immediate, permanent account termination and IP/device banning without prior warning. All confirmed or suspected violations will be reported immediately to relevant legal authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and local law enforcement agencies.
To maintain a safe community, Meownymous provides an in-app reporting mechanism within the chat interface. Users can instantly report objectionable content, harassment, or policy-violating behavior. All reported items are reviewed promptly, and appropriate action (content removal, warning, or permanent account ban) will be enforced.

Meownymous is intended solely for adult users (18 years of age or older). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 (or under the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction). If we discover that a minor has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete it from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it, including encrypted communication (SSL/TLS) and secure database storage via Google Cloud Firebase.

当社は，当社が提供するスマートフォン向けアプリケーション「Meownymous」（以下，「本アプリ」といいます。）および関連サービスにおける，ユーザーのプライバシー情報の取扱い並びにコミュニティの安全基準について，以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー（以下，「本ポリシー」といいます。）を定めます。
当社および本アプリ「Meownymous」では，児童の性的虐待コンテンツ（CSAM）および児童の性的搾取・虐待（CSAE）を固く禁止しています。
当社は，児童の安全を脅かす一切のコンテンツや行為に対して「ゼロ・トレランス（不寛容）」方針を徹底しています。以下の行為は例外なく固く禁止されます。
違反への措置および通報方針: これらの違反行為が確認または疑われた場合，事前の通知なく直ちにアカウントの無期限凍結および端末ブロックを実施します。また，確認された違反情報は，全米行方不明・被搾取児童センター（NCMEC）および日本の警察等の関係捜査機関へ即座に通報・情報提供を行います。
本アプリ内には，不適切なメッセージや規約違反ユーザーを直接通報できる「通報（Report）」機能を備えています。受信した通報内容は運営チームにより速やかに確認され，違反コンテンツの削除や利用制限などの措置を行います。
本アプリでは，サービスの提供・改善および安全な運営のため，以下の情報を収集・利用します。

本アプリは18歳以上の成人ユーザーを対象として設計されています。当社が13歳未満の児童から意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。万が一，保護者の同意なく児童が本アプリを利用し個人情報を送信したことが判明した場合，速やかに当該データを削除いたします。
当社は，ユーザー情報の漏洩や改ざんを防ぐため，通信の暗号化（SSL/TLS）およびGoogle Cloud Firebaseによる堅牢なセキュリティデータベース構造を採用し，適切な安全管理に努めます。
